Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Please note that some items, such as custom-made or special-order products, are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at almanaratmarine@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
